Privacy Policy

1. Fundamental Architecture: Zero Cloud Media Uploads

DeayanXtra is engineered with a strict local-first privacy model. Your client video clips, source images, custom textures, and exported sequences never leave your device.

Unlike cloud-based rendering engines that require uploading confidential video assets to remote server farms, all graphical generation and video rendering execute locally in your browser memory via WebGL hardware acceleration. We never store, inspect, view, or transmit your creative files.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only the minimal data necessary to provide secure authentication and workstation access entitlement:

  • Account Information: Your name and email address when creating an account through our secure authentication provider (Supabase).
  • Optional Contact Details: An optional phone number if provided voluntarily during registration.
  • Communication Preferences: Your explicit opt-in preference regarding notification updates for newly released workstations.
  • Saved Favorites: If you star packs or effects while signed in, the list of favorite IDs (just short identifiers, no media) is stored against your account so it follows you across devices. When you are signed out, favorites stay only in your browser.
  • Authentication & Session Tokens: Secure cryptographic tokens stored locally in your browser to maintain your active login and entitlement status.

3. Payment Processing Security

We do not collect, process, or store your credit card numbers, debit card details, or banking credentials on our servers. All financial transactions are processed securely by certified, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways (such as Razorpay or Dodo Payments).

Payment processors provide us only with non-sensitive reference tokens, subscription IDs, and renewal status confirmations to unlock your workstation pass.

4. Strict Anti-Broker & No-Advertising Guarantee

We operate on a straightforward direct software subscription model, not an advertising model:

  • We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or contact details to third-party data brokers, marketers, or advertisers under any circumstances.
  • We do not run third-party advertising networks or cross-site tracking scripts on our workstations. The only analytics we use are described in Section 6.

5. Notifications & Communications

We send essential operational emails strictly related to your account security, password resets, and transaction receipts. Promotional updates, marketing emails, or prospective messaging channels (such as WhatsApp updates) are strictly opt-in and remain in testing; we do not send spam or unsolicited promotional correspondence.

6. Browser Storage, Analytics & Fonts

We use your browser's local and session storage only for core operational purposes. We do not use cross-site tracking cookies. The items we store are:

  • Theme preference (dx_titanium_theme): Dark or Light mode.
  • Login session and subscription status (dx_user_session and the authentication provider's session token): keeps you signed in and shows your Pro Pass status.
  • Favorites (dx_fav_v1): your starred packs and effects.
  • Explore view preference (dx_explore_view): whether you last browsed by packs or by effects.
  • Return path (dx_return_to, dx_origin, session storage only): so you land back where you were after signing in or browsing a pack. These clear when you close the tab.

Analytics: We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookieless service that reports aggregate page views and page performance. It does not track you across other websites or build advertising profiles.

Fonts: The site's typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser requests font files from Google's servers, as with any web request. This does not apply to fonts you use inside tools from your own computer; those never leave your device.

7. Right to Erasure & Immediate Account Deletion

You have full autonomy over your data. You may permanently delete your account, authentication records, and subscription associations at any time by clicking the "Delete Account" button in your Account Dashboard. This action executes immediately and irrevocably deletes your account records, including saved favorites, from our database.
