Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last Updated: October 2026

1. Instant Digital Access & No-Refund Policy

DeayanXtra provides browser-based, instant-access creative workstations, generative shaders, and digital export tools. Because access to our full suite of premium workstations and digital generation engines is provisioned immediately upon successful payment, all purchases and recurring subscription fees are strictly non-refundable.

We do not issue partial refunds, prorated credits, or refunds for unused subscription periods once payment has processed and digital workstation entitlement is activated.

2. Free Tier & Evaluation

To ensure that DeayanXtra meets your production requirements before you purchase a Pro Pass, we provide free workstations with full rendering capabilities directly in the browser. We strongly encourage all users to test the free workstations to evaluate compatibility with their local hardware and browser environment prior to subscribing.

3. Subscription Cancellation (Cancel Anytime)

You can cancel your Pro Pass subscription at any time without penalty or cancellation fees:

Self-Service: You may cancel directly from your Account Dashboard.
Email Support: If you are having difficulties with cancellations using the self service, you may request assistance by contacting support@deayan.com at least 1 week prior to your scheduled renewal date.

Upon cancellation, automatic renewal charges will terminate immediately. You will retain full Pro access to all workstations until the end of your paid billing period.

4. Grandfathered Rate Forfeiture

If you subscribed under an Early-Bird or discounted grandfathered rate, that price is locked for as long as your subscription remains continuously active.

If you choose to cancel your subscription or if your payment fails to renew, your grandfathered pricing rate will be permanently forfeited. Any subsequent resubscription will be billed at the standard prevailing rate at that time.

5. Billing Inquiries & Chargebacks

If you believe you have been billed in error or experienced a technical duplication of charges, please contact our support desk immediately at support@deayan.com with your transaction details. We investigate legitimate billing discrepancies promptly.
